Our annual HOA Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 15 at 7pm at the intersection of Holly Ridge Lane and Branch Hill Lane in the back of the neighborhood. During this meeting, we will elect new officers for the 2016-17 year, share important announcements, and begin collecting dues for the new year. Please bring your check made out to “Shadowbrook HOA” for $125 for the new year.

Have you paid for 2015-16?

Only 50% of the homes in Shadowbrook have paid their dues for the fiscal year than ends August 31, 2016. In other words, we’re behind on our dues for last year. The association is out of money and doesn’t have the funds for September’s bills! That affects street lights, mowing of the front common area, and insurance for the brickwork around our front entrance.

If you haven’t paid last years dues, the HOA needs you to pay ASAP. Please either get a check to Michael Wender (3421 Branch Hill Lane) or Doug Voiles (3420 Branch Hill Lane) or you can always pay online via Paypal (hint: setup a *recurring* payment so you don’t forget next year).

Mailbox Notices – Blue Slips

We’ll be placing this same note in everyone’s mailbox. If your notice comes with a *blue* note attached, our records indicate you haven’t paid for 2015-16. Please pay your dues ASAP. If you disagree, please contact our Treasurer, Doug Voiles (3420 Branch Hill Lane) to compare records. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
