If you haven’t paid your Shadowbrook HOA dues for 2015/16, now is the time. Your HOA dues pay for the up keep of our common areas, electricity for our street lights, and insurance for our front entrance. Please pay your dues now so our HOA will be adequately funded.

Pay online or drop your check off at our Treasurer’s house (Doug Voiles, 3420 Branch Hill Lane) or our President’s house (Michael Wender, 3421 Branch Hill Lane).

Dues for 2015/16 are $125. Partial payments are gladly accepted.
